Job Description
The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves promoting products or services, understanding customer needs, and providing effective solutions to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Present and promote products/services to prospective customers.
  • Maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular follow-ups and support.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
