- Curriculum Development: Collaborating with the academic team to develop, update, and improve the study material, lesson plans, and teaching methodologies based on the latest exam patterns and trends.
- Stay Updated: Keeping abreast of all changes in the JEE and NEET exam patterns, syllabus, and marking schemes.
- Classroom Management: Maintaining an environment conducive to intensive, focused learning, often managing large batches of highly competitive students.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Qualifications (Typically Required)
- Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (M.Sc. in Physics or B.Tech./M.Tech. in a relevant engineering discipline) from a recognized university.
- Experience: Proven, relevant teaching experience (usually 3–5 years minimum for senior roles) in teaching Physics specifically for JEE/NEET or similar competitive entrance exams in a reputed coaching institute.
- Subject Expertise: Deep and thorough knowledge of the Class 11 and 12 Physics syllabus, including Mechanics, Electrodynamics, Optics, Thermodynamics, and Modern Physics.
Key Skills (Essential for Success)
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly and succinctly.
- Inspiration: The ability to motivate, inspire, and counsel highly stressed students over a long preparation period.
